Recommended daily dose and method of use: ONE OR TWO CAPSULES A DAY WITH A MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take on an empty stomach. Take as long as needed.  Gluten-free product.
