Personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and then executing the contract, responding to messages and for marketing purposes.
The basis for processing for the purposes described above is:

the legitimate interest of the Administrator in communicating with persons contacting the Administrator via the website or

the necessity of processing for the preparation, conclusion and performance of a contract or

the necessity of processing in order to fulfil legal obligations related to the performance of the contract (in particular tax obligations, including, among others, archiving evidence of certain commercial transactions);

the legitimate interest of the Administrator in determining and pursuing claims or defending against claims, or

the legitimate interest of the Administrator in conducting marketing (other than sending commercial information by electronic means) or

consent given in connection with subscribing to the newsletter sent to the provided e-mail address.
Data are processed and stored for periods resulting from the purpose of processing.
In the case of data processing solely for the purposes of communication, the data is stored for the duration of the communication and then for a period in which a return to such communication is realistically possible, no longer than one year, unless the circumstances of the communication indicate that claims related to the communication may arise, in which case the data is stored until the limitation period for claims has expired.
In the case of data processing for the purpose of concluding and then performing a contract, the data is stored for the period of negotiations and then for the period of the contract and the period in which the Administrator fulfills the obligations resulting from the provisions of the law (in particular tax law). In the event of a risk of claims related to the performance of the contract or in the event of such claims, the data is stored during the limitation period for claims.
Every person whose data is processed has the right to access the content of their data and to request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection.
The recipients of the data may be entities providing hosting or IT support services to the Administrator, courier services, bookkeeping services, tax advisors and persons providing legal assistance.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
In each case where data processing is based on consent (e.g. in the case of subscribing to the newsletter), it is possible to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The provision of certain data is a statutory requirement (in order to identify the entity performing activities that have legal, including tax, significance) or a contractual requirement or a condition for concluding a contract.
