E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to respecting and honouring the rights of Internet users, with particular regard to the right to privacy. The privacy policy set out below explains the principles we apply in collecting and processing personal data.
When collecting and processing personal data, E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. complies with all of the following data processing principles and meets at least one of the personal data processing conditions (6x6).

For what purpose and on what basis the data will be processed
Your personal data obtained in connection with the use of the E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. websites will be processed for the following purposes:

How long your personal data will be processed
The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
legal provisions that may oblige E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. to process your data for a specific period of time, e.g. 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which you made your last purchase, during which period we are obliged to keep accounting documents confirming the purchases you made, based on the Accounting Act and also the provisions of the Tax Ordinance Act,
the maintenance of the account created
the period which is necessary to defend the interests of E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. (Administrator) - 6 years you are entitled to make claims under the provisions of the Civil Code ,
the period for which you have given your consent

You have the right to:

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.
When processing your data, which is collected by means of cookies, E-Commerce Solutions Sp. z o.o. is in most cases not able to identify you personally. Therefore, if you would like to exercise your rights, you will be asked to provide additional information in order to identify you.
If you have doubts about the correctness of the processing of your personal data by E-Commerce Solutions sp. z o.o., you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
What will be the consequences of not providing the data
Your provision of data is voluntary or may be a prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract (e.g. for you to make a purchase of the products on our offer), without the provision of data a contract cannot be concluded.
How we profile
E-Commerce Solutions sp. z o.o. uses systems for automated decision-making. The following decisions are made by automated means:

We reserve the right to change the above privacy policy by publishing a new privacy policy on our website. After the change, the privacy policy will appear on the website with the new date.
