How do we process orders:

• orders are processed on weekdays
• the order is forwarded for processing after the payment is credited
• we do not process cash on delivery orders
• most orders are shipped within 1 working day after the payment is accepted
• DHL and INPOST deliver the parcels within 1 working day after they are sent
• after the order is sent, the customer receives an email with the parcel number to track the parcel.
