Recommended daily dose and method of use: TWO PREGNACARE® MAX TABLETS PER DAY PLUS ONE OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY WITH MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take on an empty stomach.

The product contains vitamin K and omega-3 acids. People taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) should not take this preparation without first consulting a doctor. The product contains iron, which in excess may be harmful to small children. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
