 Recommended daily dose and method of use: BEFORE AND DURING PREGNANCY: ONE TEASPOON (5 ML) PER DAY. 1 teaspoon approximately 5 ml. Teaspoon (5 ml) included in the package. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Best consumed with a main meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. You can consume Pregnacare ® during all stages of pregnancy. This comprehensive formula replaces other Pregnacare ® multivitamins . There is no need to consume an additional multivitamin product.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember to eat a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Before use, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, thyroid disease, hemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies or are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product contains iron, which may be harmful to small children if taken in excess. Store below 25°C in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Store tightly closed. To open the bottle, press and turn the cap. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
