Recommended daily dose and how to use: ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoons twice a day. PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN: 2 teaspoons twice a day. CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS OLD): 2 teaspoons a day. 1 teaspoon is about 5 ml.

Best taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Osteocare® liquid can be used for as long as needed.
