Recommended daily dose and directions for use: Shake well. before use. Give to your child orally. CHILDREN 4 TO 11 YEARS OLD: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily. CHILDREN 11 TO 12 YEARS OLD: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily. One teaspoon – approximately 5 ml. Recommended with or after a meal. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
