Riboflavin (vitamin B2) contributes to normal iron metabolism, known for its contribution to normal red blood cell formation. Together with vitamins B6, B12, niacin (vitamin B3) and pantothenic acid, it contributes to normal energy production and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended daily dose and method of use: PLACE ONE BAG IN A CUP, POUR ALMOST BOILING WATER AND BREW FOR 3 MINUTES. The package lasts for 14 days. You can consume a maximum of 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
