Composition of the recommended daily dose:

Recommended daily dose and directions for use: ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoons twice daily. PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN: 2 teaspoons twice daily. CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS): 2 teaspoons daily. 1 teaspoon is approximately 5 ml.
