Recommended daily dose and method of use: TWO PREGNACARE BREAST-FEEDING TABLETS AND ONE OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY  WITH A MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume on an empty stomach.  You can start taking it at any time after your baby is born and use it for as long as needed during and after breastfeeding.
