1. What are the delivery methods and how much do they cost?

We can deliver orders to an Inpost parcel locker or directly to your home via DHL courier. Delivery to parcel lockers is free. Courier shipping costs 15 PLN.

2. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Delivery time is typically 1 to 2 business days.

3. Can I track my shipment?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive a tracking link at the email address you provided.

4. Can I return my order?

Yes. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the package. You must return the goods at your own expense. A full refund in the event of withdrawal is possible if the goods are received in undamaged packaging.
